Retro Rooms

Stumbled upon these bright retro photos from old homes. I kind of love the bravery of whoever decided to paint their kitchen like this. Not sure I have the guts to do something like that - and I'm positive my husband doesn't. Nor does he want to :)

But I did take the chance to pull a summery color palette out of these awesome photos!
Summer is almost over - that makes me sad... Pulling out every last bit I can!

A good pair

Did these illustrations the other day, after thinking about how I need a new pair of flats, and how they're not that easy to find. Once I find the right pair of flats, I wear them way too much until they
fall apart. Well I'm in the fall apart stage of my flats right now, and really need to find a new pair.



So I drew a pic about it.

It's the weekend! I'm trying to hurry and get stuff done so I can finish the Hunger Games book
before we see it in theaters tonight! Has anyone seen it yet? Good? Bad?

Louis Vuitton

Oh my. These colors, the setting, the clothes and styling are so amazing! This Louis Vutton shoot has got it goin on. Now I want to go to an ice cream parlor in a pretty dress.

These Prints!

I know a lot of you have probably seen these prints rollin around in the blogosphere- and most of them are sold out on the etsy shop they came from- but I am so inspired by the simpleness and the hand written type, that I just had to post these guys! They're just really pretty to look at :) I'm working on a logo right now where I dabbled with some hand written type, and it was really fun- can't wait to finish it up and show you.
