Truth.

I love this print- it's a great reminder to treat people with kindness and respect. We have no idea why someone is acting the way they are- there's probably more going on that what you see. Life is tough sometimes- and a simple smile or word of encouragement can make someone's day that much better.

Breaks

I'm realizing that the harder you work, the better it feels to take a good, solid break.

Resting the mind is so important. And you feel like you've deserved it after a long hard work day.

Just some little things I'm starting to figure out.
