Spinach & PB Smoothie

I'm trying to eat healthier (kind of) these days, and I just came across this lovely blog which is focused on breakfast foods. I'm not too sure about spinach and peanut butter, but I really am curious! It seems simple enough to make, which I'm all for!

Here are the simple instructions from Marta:

You will need:
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • soy milk
Put everything into a blender, mix properly and enjoy the taste :)

I know people are into spinach and other greens in smoothies. I'm not sure about it yet. Maybe someday I'll try it. Hope you like it!
