Breaks

I'm realizing that the harder you work, the better it feels to take a good, solid break.

Resting the mind is so important. And you feel like you've deserved it after a long hard work day.

Just some little things I'm starting to figure out.

I completely agree. it is so hard to stay inspired and creative when you don't get a good solid "time out". I feel refreshed and ready to rock after a little downtime. : )
